What you will do

• Manage strategic relationships with government regulatory boards and state agencies, ensuring long-term stability.
• Develop success plans aligned with agency mandates and public-sector risk management priorities.
• Lead customized training programs for regulators and associations to maximize platform use.
• Monitor engagement metrics and translate data into actionable insights for retention.
• Resolve complex account issues collaborating with product and government affairs teams.
• Conduct strategic business reviews to deepen partnerships and improve compliance outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and work remotely from there.
• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within Healthcare Compliance, RegTech, or GovTech.
• Deep knowledge of public sector agencies, regulatory boards, and government health departments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to translate technical features into mission outcomes for non-technical government leaders.
• Experience with data-heavy solutions and tools like Gainsight or HubSpot.
