What you will do
- Manage strategic relationships with government regulatory boards and state agencies, ensuring long-term stability.
- Develop success plans aligned with agency mandates and public-sector risk management priorities.
- Lead customized training programs for regulators and associations to maximize platform use.
- Monitor engagement metrics and translate data into actionable insights for retention.
- Resolve complex account issues collaborating with product and government affairs teams.
- Conduct strategic business reviews to deepen partnerships and improve compliance outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States and work remotely from there.
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management within Healthcare Compliance, RegTech, or GovTech.
- Deep knowledge of public sector agencies, regulatory boards, and government health departments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to translate technical features into mission outcomes for non-technical government leaders.
- Experience with data-heavy solutions and tools like Gainsight or HubSpot.
