Customer Success Manager (Customer Support): Managing and expanding relationships with top-tier customers in the US to drive adoption, retention, and value realization of hirify.global’s AI Search platform with an accent on strategic advisory and customer satisfaction. Focus on building trusted consultative relationships, coaching customers, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize platform use and prevent churn.

Location: Remote within the United States only

Salary: $115,000 - $157,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive customer adoption, retention, and success by aligning with their business objectives and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain trusted, consultative relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead business reviews and provide proactive recommendations to optimize platform usage.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects on project management and technical implementation.
  • Analyze churn reasons and develop strategies to win back customers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to improve hirify.global’s offerings.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States and work remotely within this country.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or project management in SaaS.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with a highly technical product.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage customer engagements and drive decisions.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual French speaker.
  • Experience with high-growth SaaS companies serving 10,000+ customers and $100-200M+ ARR.
