TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Leading digital employee experience initiatives for enterprise clients with an accent on adoption, value realization, and long-term account growth. Location: Hybrid model (must be based in the US). Role requires 25-50% travel within the US.

Salary: $105,000 - $164,000

What you will do

  • Own and execute customer success plans for up to 20 strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Build relationships with CIO-level leadership and key stakeholders to drive product adoption.
  • Define and measure the impact of solutions to ensure value realization.
  • Facilitate workshops to educate customers on product capabilities and DEX methodologies.
  • Partner with account teams to achieve on-time renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Provide actionable feedback to internal product, R&D, and sales teams based on customer insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success within the software industry.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Strong background in SaaS adoption for large enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships from technical teams to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience with IT Operations, ITSM (ITIL), or End User Compute practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Technical background or familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience working independently.
