What you will do
- Own and execute customer success plans for up to 20 strategic enterprise accounts.
- Build relationships with CIO-level leadership and key stakeholders to drive product adoption.
- Define and measure the impact of solutions to ensure value realization.
- Facilitate workshops to educate customers on product capabilities and DEX methodologies.
- Partner with account teams to achieve on-time renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
- Provide actionable feedback to internal product, R&D, and sales teams based on customer insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success within the software industry.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Strong background in SaaS adoption for large enterprise customers.
- Proven ability to manage relationships from technical teams to C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience with IT Operations, ITSM (ITIL), or End User Compute practices.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
