What you will do

• Lead technical engagements with customers to ensure best-in-class power, performance, and area (PPA) results.
• Partner with R&D and product engineering to influence tool enhancements based on real-world requirements.
• Drive complex benchmarks and flow optimizations for synthesis, place and route, timing, and power closure.
• Deploy cutting-edge methodologies across advanced silicon nodes.
• Represent the organization at industry forums and provide technical thought leadership through papers and keynotes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IC design implementation and signoff.
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Deep expertise in digital design fundamentals and EDA tool ecosystems.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale technical programs and driving customer success.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages including Tcl, Python, and Perl.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Genus, Innovus, Tempus, Voltus, Conformal, or Cerebrus.
