What you will do
- Oversee the complete sales funnel, from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Hit and exceed established revenue quotas while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Research target accounts and initiate outbound engagement through multiple channels.
- Present and adapt the value proposition to address specific client pain points and operational requirements.
- Utilize Salesforce for diligent lead tracking, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate with the broader team to refine and optimize sales strategies for global scalability.
Requirements
- English and Arabic fluency required
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle sales roles
- Strong ability to manage professional relationships and negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-driven mindset with a focus on professional growth
