What you will do
- Deliver against a defined revenue quota through proactive sales activities.
- Research and engage target accounts using email, phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with SDRs to qualify leads and manage inbound meeting schedules.
- Develop and refine outbound sales processes to support company scaling.
- Utilize Salesforce for lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
Requirements
- Language: Fluency in German and English required.
- 3+ years of experience in the full sales cycle.
- 2+ years of experience in closing B2B deals.
- Proven track record as an Account Executive.
- Must have prior experience in hospitality tech.
