What you will do
- Lead and execute paid media campaigns on social, search, and emerging digital platforms to drive growth and conversion.
- Analyze and implement bespoke media strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Director.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs and maximize return on ad spend.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, client success, and technical support to resolve ad-serving and tracking issues.
- Generate regular reports on campaign revenue, performance metrics, and ad operations for internal stakeholders.
- Advise on ad creative best practices and ensure all materials comply with legal requirements and platform guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be located in Los Angeles, CA
- Proven experience executing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and other major platforms.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategies to diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing media budgets and tracking expenditures.
- Knowledge of digital landscape trends, specifically regarding online video and social media platforms.
