What you will do

  • Lead and execute paid media campaigns on social, search, and emerging digital platforms to drive growth and conversion.
  • Analyze and implement bespoke media strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Director.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve KPIs and maximize return on ad spend.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, client success, and technical support to resolve ad-serving and tracking issues.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign revenue, performance metrics, and ad operations for internal stakeholders.
  • Advise on ad creative best practices and ensure all materials comply with legal requirements and platform guidelines.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Los Angeles, CA
  • Proven experience executing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and other major platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in managing media budgets and tracking expenditures.
  • Knowledge of digital landscape trends, specifically regarding online video and social media platforms.

Nice to have

  • Background in advertising to children.
  • Familiarity with marketing in the family entertainment or digital media sector.
