What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives.
- Lead internal and external training sessions on digital marketing, Scorpion systems, and brand specifics.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing client accounts.
- Manage client budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to achieve campaign objectives and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management.
- 2 years in an Account Manager role or comparable experience
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in a digital agency setting
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
