What you will do

• Manage day-to-day writing, editing, and content scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with editorial, video, and visual teams to create performance-driven content for tentpole campaigns and cover releases.
• Develop and execute audience growth strategies to establish brand leadership in organic social conversations.
• Partner with commercial and consumer teams to support e-commerce, membership, and subscription initiatives.
• Analyze weekly performance data and provide actionable recommendations to refine content formats, tone, and pacing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing and growing large-scale social media accounts for a major brand or publisher.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven skill in visual storytelling and basic video production or editing.
• Exceptional writing skills with an ability to translate journalism into compelling short-form copy.
• Strong organizational skills and experience using social publishing and analytical tools.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York, NY.
