What you will do

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key enterprise customers within the AV business.
  • Drive sales of advanced AV solutions including MTR, Zoom, Cisco, and Google platforms.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer partnerships to ensure continued growth.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery specialists and account managers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver high-quality solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Solid experience from the AV industry, preferably with enterprise customers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience in sales or key account management.
  • Technical knowledge of MTR, Zoom, Cisco, Google, and related technologies.
  • Must have the right to work in Sweden as no visa or relocation support is provided.
  • Commercial mindset combined with a team-focused attitude.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Crestron, Dante, or QSC certifications.
