What you will do

• Generate pipeline from scratch using cold outreach, networking, and social media.
• Own the full sales cycle: qualify prospects, coordinate demos, manage stakeholder maps, and close contracts.
• Apply consultative selling frameworks to uncover high-value GenAI use cases.
• Collaborate with Product to advocate for localizations and market fit.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policies impacting AI adoption.

Requirements

• Native-level Norweigan plus English proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in competitive, high-pressure environments.
• Proven execution mindset, capable of generating and closing your own leads.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Have 1–2 years of sales experience or exceptional achievements as a recent graduate.
• Possess an entrepreneurial, builder’s mindset.
