TL;DR

Sales Enablement Specialist (Inside Sales): Accelerating sales onboarding, driving tool adoption, and enhancing effectiveness across the Inside Sales organization with an accent on process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on delivering actionable analytics, refining outreach strategies, and coaching reps on prospecting and messaging techniques to improve overall performance.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid model, 2 office days required)

What you will do

  • Drive onboarding and mentorship for new hires to reduce ramp time and increase productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between sales teams and departments like Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment.
  • Deliver sales analytics and actionable insights to identify high-performing engagement tactics.
  • Manage and champion the adoption of tools such as SalesLoft, Vidyard, and ZoomInfo.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for sales processes, including lead handling and account expansion strategies.
  • Provide individualized coaching to sales representatives on prospecting and soft skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, inside sales, or sales operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to coach with empathy and clarity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional team environments.
  • Must be located in or willing to work from the Barcelona office on a hybrid basis.
