What you will do
- Drive onboarding and mentorship for new hires to reduce ramp time and increase productivity.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and departments like Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment.
- Deliver sales analytics and actionable insights to identify high-performing engagement tactics.
- Manage and champion the adoption of tools such as SalesLoft, Vidyard, and ZoomInfo.
- Develop and maintain documentation for sales processes, including lead handling and account expansion strategies.
- Provide individualized coaching to sales representatives on prospecting and soft skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales enablement, inside sales, or sales operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools.
- Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to coach with empathy and clarity.
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional team environments.
- Must be located in or willing to work from the Barcelona office on a hybrid basis.
