FE Partnership Manager

TL;DR

FE Partnership Manager (EdTech): Managing and expanding a portfolio of high-value further education accounts with an accent on strategic partnership development, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement. Focus on driving growth within the FE sector, orchestrating senior-level involvement, and co-creating innovative solutions to align with client ambitions.

Location: Field-Based within the UK with travel; hybrid model requiring attendance in one of our offices across England two days a week.

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + £6,500 car allowance (£65,000–£78,000 OTE).

What you will do

• Strategically lead and expand high-value FE partnerships through insight-led engagement.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies that integrate client needs with our product portfolio.
• Orchestrate senior leadership involvement to deepen trust and ensure strategic alignment.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Leverage market intelligence to shape go-to-market strategies and product development.
• Represent the organization as a sector thought leader at industry events and forums.

Requirements

• Proven experience working directly within or alongside the UK further education sector.
• Strong background in new business development and exceeding defined targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-Suite stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM management, pipeline forecasting, and data analysis.
• Must be able to travel frequently within the UK and attend offices in England two days a week.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
