What you will do
- Provide an excellent level of service and delivery across your client portfolio.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders including HR, procurement, and hiring managers.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and areas for account growth.
- Support and manage end‑to-end recruitment processes on behalf of Matchtech to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and use data to support client conversations and decision‑making.
- Support junior team members through coaching, knowledge‑sharing, and role modelling high‑quality recruitment behaviours.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, account management, or client services.
- Knowledge of contract recruitment processes.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to problem‑solve and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organisational ability across multiple clients and processes.
