TL;DR
Technical Account Manager: Working with strategic customers to help them achieve their desired outcomes through TPS guidance and solutions with an accent on customer success and growing the consumption and value of TPS services. Focus on building long-term, trusted relationships and acting as an advocate for customers.
Location: Hybrid, must work from the office in London a minimum of 60% of their time over a 12-week period.

What you will do
- Work with a portfolio of assigned strategic customers, helping them achieve their desired outcomes through TPS guidance and solutions.
- Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in TPS solutions and the wider hirify.global ecosystem.
- Guide partners through industry accreditation processes aligned with country-specific rail distribution rules and carrier regulations.
- Educate customers on product roadmaps, carrier processes and upcoming features, ensuring alignment with their own strategic plans.
- Act as an advocate for your customers, providing clear and constructive feedback to Product teams based on real customer use cases.
- Manage client reporting and governance, including performance metrics and SLA compliance across all areas of engagement.
Requirements
- Knowledge of API integrations and White Label solutions.
- Fluency in English plus one additional language (Spanish, Italian, or French).
- Experience working within Agile development and support environments.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent initiatives, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to gain trust from stakeholders.
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel to hirify.global locations.

- AGILE PM Foundation or comparable certification.
- Travel or rail industry experience.
