Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth for a global AI-powered customer engagement platform by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, within the Italian market. Location: Must be based in Italy with a permanent work and residence permit; this is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days a week in the Milan office.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, discovery, demo delivery, and closing new business.
  • Build and execute strategic prospecting plans tailored to target account lists in the Italian market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to accelerate pipeline conversion.
  • Experiment with new sales strategies and workflows to drive growth and refine the go-to-market approach.
  • Maintain high levels of ownership over revenue attainment and forecast accuracy.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving AI tools and market conditions to continuously improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Must already hold a permanent work and residence permit for Italy.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS, AI, or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a consultative approach to selling.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
