What you will do
- Prospect and engage HR, People, and Benefits leaders across Italy to generate new business opportunities for Wellz.
- Own the full sales cycle, from hunting to farming, managing forecasts and sales activity using CRM tools.
- Prepare and deliver customized commercial presentations and proposals adapted to the Italian market context.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams to support sales efforts.
- Share market insights and client feedback to continuously improve the sales approach and product positioning.
- Inspire and empower others by caring for your own wellbeing and colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven ability to manage and close complex sales cycles.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand client needs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Native or fluent Italian and professional working proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience selling HR, wellbeing, or SaaS solutions.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
