What you will do

  • Prospect and engage HR, People, and Benefits leaders across Italy to generate new business opportunities for Wellz.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from hunting to farming, managing forecasts and sales activity using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and deliver customized commercial presentations and proposals adapted to the Italian market context.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams to support sales efforts.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to continuously improve the sales approach and product positioning.
  • Inspire and empower others by caring for your own wellbeing and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven ability to manage and close complex sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand client needs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Native or fluent Italian and professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling HR, wellbeing, or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with the Italian HR or employee benefits ecosystem.
