What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and partner acquisition.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing new accounts.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to match platform solutions with prospective partner requirements.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless partner onboarding and ongoing experience.
  • Document all sales activities and call outcomes accurately in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Must be based in Rome or the immediate vicinity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Natural curiosity and a drive for continuous professional development.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian.
  • Background or experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
