What you will do
- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities in new markets and channels
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders including operations, logistics, finance, and C-level executives
- Collaborate with Customer Success to maximize customer growth
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansions
- Represent the company in customer visits, industry events, and trade shows
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Milano, Italy with willingness to travel across Italy and Europe
- 5+ years experience in account management, key account, or B2B field sales roles
- Proven track record in customer expansion and upselling
- Fluent Italian and professional English proficiency
- Strong negotiation, commercial skills, and strategic mindset
- Autonomy, ownership, and results-driven attitude
