Location: Hybrid in Milano, Italy with travel across Italy and Europe

Salary: €43,000 - €58,000 per year plus ≥40% bonus

What you will do

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities in new markets and channels
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders including operations, logistics, finance, and C-level executives
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to maximize customer growth
  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansions
  • Represent the company in customer visits, industry events, and trade shows

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Milano, Italy with willingness to travel across Italy and Europe
  • 5+ years experience in account management, key account, or B2B field sales roles
  • Proven track record in customer expansion and upselling
  • Fluent Italian and professional English proficiency
  • Strong negotiation, commercial skills, and strategic mindset
  • Autonomy, ownership, and results-driven attitude
