Compensation: 100% performance-based collaboration (success fee only)

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and outbound initiatives to feed the sales pipeline.
  • Execute outbound activities including cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach toward target accounts.
  • Conduct structured research on prospects, competitors, and market signals to improve positioning.
  • Build and nurture early-stage relationships with potential B2B clients and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and support pipeline reporting.
  • Support the Head of Growth in identifying new markets, verticals, and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or similar commercial roles.
  • Confidence in speaking with decision-makers in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
  • Structured mindset with discipline in follow-ups and pipeline hygiene.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German.
  • An existing client portfolio.
