Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy or hold a permanent work and residence permit for Italy. This is a hybrid role (2-3 days a week in the Milan office).

What you will do

  • Drive outbound lead generation by managing campaigns via cold calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Research target markets and identify opportunities within the customer service and marketing automation sectors.
  • Collaborate with the Italian team to qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline for account executives.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation platforms like Salesforce to streamline prospecting and optimize workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients by identifying needs and positioning platform solutions.
  • Experiment with new sales strategies and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must possess a permanent work and residence permit for Italy.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Available to start by May or June 1st, 2026.
  • Strong interest in AI solutions and a career in consultative software sales.
  • Proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset.
