What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and journey mapping to launch and ongoing measurement.
- Partner with supplier-facing sales and customer success teams to identify needs and automate critical business workflows.
- Define the multi-product roadmap connecting day-to-day execution to revenue growth.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment between Engineering, Design, Data, and Sales leadership.
- Evaluate build vs. buy solutions to accelerate delivery from pilot to scaled rollout.
- Scale sales efficiency by designing and integrating AI-powered experiences into internal tools.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience with B2B products, sales support tools, or internal SaaS platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven track record of owning multi-product roadmaps and partnering with Sales and Engineering teams.
- Experience with ML/AI-powered products and responsible AI practices.
- Must have existing work authorization for the United States (E-Verify participant).
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM ecosystems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with travel-tech, marketplaces, or two-sided platform dynamics.
- Background in channel sales or enterprise sales motions.
