What you will do

• Lead and support core operational teams including Recruitment, Learning and Development, and Workforce Management.
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to service level agreements across multiple functions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, policies, and systems.
• Manage team performance, providing coaching and mentorship to foster individual and collective growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Business Risk team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
• Contribute to performance reporting and provide updates to management based on data and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting operational teams in a professional environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a team leader or supervisory role preferred.
