What you will do
- Define and scale the Business Value Services strategy across multiple divisions.
- Personally engage in strategic, high-value deals to maximize ACV and win probability.
- Oversee the creation of data-driven business cases quantifying revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
- Develop executive-level value narratives and equip sales teams with messaging frameworks.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to influence roadmaps based on customer value gaps.
- Recruit and lead a world-class team of value engineering professionals.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record in value engineering, business case development, and complex deal support.
- Strong financial modeling expertise and executive-level communication skills.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions and GTM strategy.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Must be able to work onsite in London and participate in in-person interviews.
