What you will do

• Lead AEs to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Coach teams on strategic account planning and expansion plays.
• Run structured 1:1s, call reviews, and deal strategy sessions.
• Enforce CRM discipline and sales process rigor.
• Improve core metrics: win rates, sales cycle length, deal size, and quota attainment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience
• 2+ years leading enterprise Account Executives
• Proven success driving predictable revenue in complex sales cycles
• Demonstrated expertise in Land & Expand enterprise motions
• Experience selling or leading teams selling technical/API-based solutions
• Strong background in structured sales methodologies (Sandler strongly preferred)
• Deep experience with CRM systems and modern sales tech stacks

Nice to have

• Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
• Background in inbound-led sales models
• Experience in creative tools, media, or generative AI markets
