Software Development Engineer I (Java/C#)

Location: Hybrid in Las Colinas, TX or Arlington, TX, with at least 2 days onsite per week

What you will do

• Develop product features for data marketplaces, mobile applications, web applications, and API services.
• Participate in migration to the public cloud.
• Contribute to automated testing, test data management, and peer reviews.
• Implement security controls and maintain scalable, high-availability production systems.
• Work in Agile Scrum teams to improve product quality, delivery speed, and team effectiveness.
• Analyze and optimize data and queries to deliver performant products and services.

Requirements

• Software development experience with C# or Java-based technologies; experience with software development and test automation is required.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum practices, automated testing, peer reviews, and production issue resolution.
• Experience with relevant technologies such as Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, Git, Angular, Node.js, SQL or NoSQL databases, and Selenium.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships and dependencies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
• Employment sponsorship is unavailable, including H-1B, TN, L1, and OPT visa types.
