ERP Consultant (AI): Leading end-to-end implementation of native-AI ERP automation products with an accent on translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Location: Must be based in Germany or Austria after a mandatory one-month initial onboarding period at our Zurich HQ. Regular collaborative visits to the Zurich HQ are expected.

What you will do

• Own the full implementation journey from requirement gathering to successful delivery.
• Design and scale tailored ERP solutions that align with specific customer workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate systems and solve unique technical challenges.
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients to ensure they realize the full value of the platform.
• Work alongside sales teams to develop strategic implementation plans and drive product adoption.
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights to drive platform evolution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Fluent in German and English (written and verbal) with ability to present to native-speaking clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously.
• Must be capable of completing a one-month onboarding period at the Zurich office.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) flows.
• Prior experience in ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
