TL;DR

Project & ERP Consultant (AI): Leading end-to-end implementation of AI-driven ERP automation products for global enterprise clients with an accent on process optimization, solution design, and stakeholder management. Location: Must be based in Germany or Austria, with a mandatory one-month onboarding period at the Zurich HQ. Regular monthly visits to the Zurich HQ are expected.

What you will do

• Own the implementation lifecycle from requirement gathering to successful system delivery.
• Design tailored, scalable solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure successful technical integration.
• Act as a trusted partner for clients to maximize the potential of the automation platform.
• Partner with sales to drive implementation planning and product adoption.
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights for continuous platform evolution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, or project management.
• Fluency in both German and English with strong communication skills for native-speaking client interactions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Willingness to travel to Zurich HQ as required for onboarding and team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows.
