ERP Team Lead (Dynamics 365)

TL;DR

ERP Team Lead (Dynamics 365): Leading and developing internal business systems and teams with an accent on finance, accounting, and HR processes. Focus on managing system stability, coordinating complex IT projects, and building high-performing cross-functional teams.

Location: Must be based in or relocate to Warsaw, Poland (Office-first with hybrid possibilities).

Salary: 26 200 – 36 000 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Ensure stability, quality, and continuous development of internal ERP systems.
• Lead and manage the team, including professional growth, goal setting, and task delegation.
• Manage the team’s budget, financial planning, and cost control.
• Oversee system administration, including user management, backups, and security.
• Coordinate cooperation with external vendors and build cross-departmental relationships.
• Actively contribute to IT Operations department-wide initiatives and support business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in analysis, development, or implementation of ERP systems.
• Minimum 3 years of team management experience with strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects and initiatives as an area owner.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with external vendors and stakeholders.
• English and Polish proficiency: minimum B2 level required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting, controlling, and payroll processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience working in an international environment.
