What you will do

• Collaborate with live customers to improve workflow efficiency and automation.
• Analyze client data to provide actionable recommendations for system configuration.
• Support the full implementation cycle including initiation, design, training, and go-live.
• Act as a trusted advisor on best practices and new product features.
• Interface with peers in the global Professional Services team to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Manage multiple project tasks simultaneously to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proven experience with cloud-based or SaaS IT systems.
• Solid background in Spend Management, Source-to-Pay, or Purchase-to-Pay processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and application consulting or accounting.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
