What you will do

• Provide support and troubleshooting for Workday platform users.
• Develop and maintain complex custom reports, calculated fields, and analytics.
• Lead optimization projects and configure business processes including routing and notifications.
• Manage Workday bi-annual releases through impact analysis and coordinated testing.
• Configure security roles and permissions to maintain data privacy.
• Create mass data loading templates and documentation to support process changes.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in complex reporting and spreadsheet formulas.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
