What you will do

• Support day-to-day HRIS operations and assist with system requests.
• Help test system enhancements and validate HR data.
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting hirify.global’s people operations.
• Build a strong professional network and receive mentorship from experienced team members.
• Learn from experienced professionals in a global HR Technology environment and gain exposure to industry-leading platforms such as Workday.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR Technology, HRIS, or system operations.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity to understand systems and processes.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proactive mindset and ability to learn independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of HR systems or HR processes (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
• Internship or coursework related to HR systems, data, or technology.
