TL;DR

People Technology Analyst (Workday): Configuring and supporting the Workday platform including HCM, Absence, and Compensation with an accent on system optimization, reporting, and business process maintenance. Focus on solving complex escalation points, managing bi-annual releases, and ensuring system security and data integrity.

Location: Must be based in Sweden (Remote)

Compensation: 480,000–576,000 SEK per annum

What you will do

  • Support Workday users, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions via Workday Community.
  • Build and maintain custom reports, tools, and analytics, including calculated fields and complex filters.
  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, including routing, approvals, and condition rules.
  • Lead enhancement projects and support bi-annual releases by performing impact analysis and coordinating testing.
  • Configure security roles and permissions to ensure strict data protection and privacy compliance.
  • Create documentation and training materials to support cross-functional teams on new features.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-growth startup environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multi-tasking and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills for report creation and complex data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills for building relationships both virtually and in person.
  • Ability to operate independently in a detail-oriented, process-driven environment.
