What you will do
- Support Workday users, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions via Workday Community.
- Build and maintain custom reports, tools, and analytics, including calculated fields and complex filters.
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, including routing, approvals, and condition rules.
- Lead enhancement projects and support bi-annual releases by performing impact analysis and coordinating testing.
- Configure security roles and permissions to ensure strict data protection and privacy compliance.
- Create documentation and training materials to support cross-functional teams on new features.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM.
- Demonstrated experience in a high-growth startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multi-tasking and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills for report creation and complex data analysis.
- Strong communication skills for building relationships both virtually and in person.
- Ability to operate independently in a detail-oriented, process-driven environment.
