What you will do
- Design and maintain scalable recruiting processes across geographies and business units.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous workflow improvements in recruitment operations.
- Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday, collaborating with HR Operations and IT.
- Define and monitor key recruiting metrics, build dashboards, and provide data-driven insights.
- Develop training materials and lead onboarding for recruitment systems and processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Inclusion, and People Analytics teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Los Angeles, CA, USA
- 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting or HR operations and strategy.
- Experience managing ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Strong project management, organizational, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of global recruitment practices and experience in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
