What you will do
- Act as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, providing support across business processes, integrations, reporting, and system enhancements.
- Design, implement, test, and deploy Workday configuration updates, new modules, and integrations.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support Workday bi-annual releases, including testing, documentation, and deployment of new features and functionality.
- Perform data uploads and mass changes using tools such as EIBs, ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity.
- Analyze system gaps and inefficiencies, recommend best practices, and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday across modules such as Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning.
- Experience troubleshooting integrations with downstream systems; familiarity with Workday Studio is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of Workday best practices and People Operations processes, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding.
- Ability to translate requirements from non-technical stakeholders into clear, effective technical solutions.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and enthusiastic about continuous improvement and learning.
