What you will do

• Execute customer onboarding, contract setup, and accurate invoicing based on sales orders.
• Maintain precise financial records in SAP Public Cloud and Salesforce for ARR reporting.
• Manage customer procurement requirements and supplier portals to ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with the Deal Desk and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies.
• Analyze Accounts Receivable reports to identify payment root causes and prioritize collection efforts.
• Address internal and external stakeholder queries regarding billing and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Billing or Order Management.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantitative analysis skills.
• Prior experience with Salesforce and SAP or NetSuite order processing systems.
