Location: Primarily based in the Pittsburgh office two to three days each week.

What you will do

• Establish and execute a clear North America revenue cycle strategy with defined KPIs, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide executive oversight of claims billing and submission, payer billing compliance, denial management and appeals, accounts receivable and cash collections, and revenue reporting and analytics.
• Improve clean claim submission rates and reduce claim errors/rework, ensuring proper coding, documentation, and adherence to payer requirements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and operational improvements to reduce denials.
• Partner with Technology and Data teams to optimize revenue cycle systems, drive automation of billing, authorization, and claims workflows.
• Lead the development of revenue cycle reporting for executive use, providing insights into productivity, AR aging, denial and reimbursement trends, and payer-specific performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Experience in DME, home medical equipment, healthcare services, or healthcare technology.
• Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement.
• Proven success scaling revenue operations in high-growth healthcare organizations.
