What you will do

• Validate and reconcile AWS billing and usage data to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Identify billing discrepancies and proactively investigate anomalies in pricing or usage.
• Support automation initiatives by identifying manual tasks and defining requirements for system improvements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance data flows and billing reliability.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, risks, and operational opportunities.
• Maintain operational documentation and uphold high standards for billing cycles.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in billing operations, financial analytics, or cloud billing.
• Proficiency with AWS billing data, CUR files, or usage-based billing models.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset and capability to drive structured resolution of billing risks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Nice to have

• Experience with CloudCheckr, DoiT, or similar cloud billing optimization tools.
• Exposure to automation or workflow improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization software.
• Experience working within platform, marketplace, or cloud ecosystem environments.
