What you will do
- Manage and scale a portfolio of app publisher partners to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships through consistent communication.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
- Develop and present data-driven performance reports and QBRs to partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and tech teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Identify and execute upselling initiatives to maximize partner engagement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of industry metrics including CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, and CTR.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides.
- Results-driven mindset focused on achieving measurable growth.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Boston office.
