Salary: $76,000–$133,000 annually depending on location and experience

What you will do

  • Build and grow relationships with key clients and agency partners to exceed advertiser expectations
  • Collaborate with account executives and creative strategists to develop insight-driven digital campaigns
  • Manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams
  • Analyze campaign performance data to guide KPI-driven measurement and optimization
  • Educate clients on Snap’s products and best practices for campaign success
  • Support adoption and engagement of Snap’s self-service and auction-based advertising tools

Requirements

  • Location: Must work onsite in Chicago, New York, or Los Angeles, USA
  • 3+ years experience in digital media, advertising performance, or related field
  • Strong skills in data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related area

Nice to have

  • Pre-existing relationships with client decision-makers and brand marketers
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
  • Passion for hirify.global and knowledge of its ad products
