What you will do
- Own and exceed revenue quotas by targeting retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to technical alignment and contract negotiation.
- Become an expert in retail media monetization, ad server logic, and competitive landscapes.
- Explain complex technical concepts like auctions and API capabilities to diverse stakeholders including C-suite and engineering.
- Develop and manage senior-level relationships to map accounts and identify key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and commercial success.
Requirements
- Must be based in Boston, MA or San Francisco, CA
- 3+ years of professional sales or customer-facing experience in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle sales and owning outcome-based revenue targets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Demonstrated curiosity for ad-tech, auctions, and marketplace monetization.
- Ability to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, or data platforms.
- Familiarity with retail media ecosystems or media monetization.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
