What you will do

  • Own and exceed revenue quotas by targeting retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to technical alignment and contract negotiation.
  • Become an expert in retail media monetization, ad server logic, and competitive landscapes.
  • Explain complex technical concepts like auctions and API capabilities to diverse stakeholders including C-suite and engineering.
  • Develop and manage senior-level relationships to map accounts and identify key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and commercial success.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Boston, MA or San Francisco, CA
  • 3+ years of professional sales or customer-facing experience in high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle sales and owning outcome-based revenue targets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Demonstrated curiosity for ad-tech, auctions, and marketplace monetization.
  • Ability to travel regionally and internationally as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, or data platforms.
  • Familiarity with retail media ecosystems or media monetization.
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
