What you will do

• Align recruiting strategy with business objectives and federal contract requirements.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting for highly technical, cleared roles in IT, Data Science, and Intelligence.
• Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and drive proactive talent pipelines.
• Improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to enhance quality and time-to-fill metrics.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify talent supply risks and optimize sourcing strategies.
• Represent the company at industry forums and build relationships with military transition programs.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree required
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience
• Experience with cleared technical recruiting
• Experience in a government contracting (GovCon) environment
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented federal environment
