What you will do

• Act as the primary HR contact for the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations.
• Provide expert advisory on Italian labor law, employment contracts, and risk mitigation.
• Manage relationships with local payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
• Handle complex employee relations cases, drafting legally sound documentation and supporting sensitive meetings.
• Coordinate with the Global Mobility team on employee immigration and mobility needs.
• Drive automation and AI adoption to optimize global HR processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian and English required.
• Deep expertise in Italian labor laws and strong knowledge of Southern European employment regulations.
• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within the Employer of Record (EOR) industry.
• Deep expertise with Staff Leasing and Tertiary NCBA.
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
