What you will do

• Lead and mentor HR, recruitment, and administrative teams across Georgia, Armenia, and the US.
• Partner with the US office to drive organizational effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration.
• Implement company culture, manage change, and maintain high ethical standards.
• Drive workforce planning, specifically establishing a dedicated AI/ML team within the production department.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including Compensation & Benefits and HR budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions and manage HR-related risks.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional HR experience, with 3+ years in team management.
• Experience managing cross-cultural teams within international companies.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, performance management, and employment laws.
• High proficiency in English and Georgian languages.
• Master’s degree in HR, People Management, or a related field.
• Must be based in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Nice to have

• Background in Psychology, practical experience in psychological practice, or coaching.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credentials.
