What you will do
- Lead software development projects from initiation through delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, resources, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to drive technical solutions.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and support effective collaboration.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, propose solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Adapt Agile methodologies to project and client needs while contributing to execution.
Requirements
- Spanish is mandatory.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, planning, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into project outcomes.
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks and traditional project management methodologies.
- Technical understanding of software development, architectures, and environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with .NET, Python, Java, Angular, or JavaScript.
- Agile or PMI certification.
- Good level of English.
