Associate Project Manager (ATC)

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid work with work from home up to 2 days per week depending on team needs; a Flex-Location benefit allows up to 30 days per year from any location in the world.

What you will do

• Lead product and service projects through definition, planning, delivery, transition to operations, and formal closure.
• Translate business and technical requirements into project plans covering budgets, schedules, resources, dependencies, and risk responses.
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across engineering, customer service, operations, product management, and other functions.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Apply project governance standards, prepare status reports and executive communications, and track decisions and risks.
• Manage customer and stakeholder communication while resolving delivery issues and maintaining alignment on priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
• At least three years of project management experience delivering communications, telecommunications, or network infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Knowledge of predictive, Agile, and hybrid project delivery approaches.
• Technical understanding of communications and networking environments, with the ability to coordinate distributed teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2, or active progress toward certification.
• Experience delivering business-critical products or services in aviation, telecommunications, or another highly regulated environment.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools for workplace productivity, analysis, communication, or project delivery.
