TL;DR
Scrum Master (Agile/SAFe): Supporting up to two teams in an Agile Release Train to deliver chronic care solutions with an accent on delivery flow, team effectiveness, and cross-team coordination. Focus on facilitating decisions, removing impediments, coaching Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe practices, and using metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Location: Vienna, Austria, or the Barcelona area, Spain. The role is based at the Vienna office or requires the candidate to be based in the Barcelona area.
Minimum salary: gross EUR 3,843 per month, with a higher offer based on experience and market conditions.

What you will do
- Support up to two teams in an Agile Release Train delivering value for chronic care and patient-care solutions.
- Maintain focus on Sprint Goals, Team Backlogs, and ART priorities.
- Facilitate decision-making, remove blockers, and make risks and impediments visible.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ART-level ceremonies.
- Use team metrics to improve delivery flow, ways of working, roles, ceremonies, processes, and tools.
- Coach teams on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe while building trust, autonomy, and sustainable performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- 7+ years of experience in software product development.
- Solid experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe; XP experience is a plus.
- SAFe 6.0 certification.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and change-management skills.
- Technical background through software-development experience or a technical degree; based in Vienna or the Barcelona area.
