Integrated Planner (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain. Hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Manage top-level and detailed schedules for engineering activities.
• Track schedule and budget deviations, including engineering man-hours.
• Monitor dependencies and overall planning while anticipating risks and issues.
• Coordinate engineering activities with programmes, operations, services, and other organizations.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts, workload management, budget deltas, and plan control.
• Coordinate engineering offers from the kick-off meeting through delivery to finance formalization.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience in engineering; company internship experience is valuable.
• High adaptability when working on new topics, new business areas, and in network-based environments.
• Advanced English and Spanish required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to propose new ideas.
• Ability to work in the Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain, under the available hybrid model.

Nice to have

• German or French language skills.
