Project Leader / Principal / Partner, AI Transformation, Spain (AI)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, engineers, data scientists, and designers on AI transformation challenges.
• Connect client stakeholders, consulting teams, and technical delivery squads, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Deploy proprietary GenAI and agentic AI assets across transformation initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end program delivery, managing quality, scope, timelines, and multiple workstreams.
• Deliver AI transformation projects in regulated and high-impact sectors, including healthcare and power and utilities.
• Build trusted senior-client relationships, develop data-driven narratives, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in top-tier consulting or leading technology and digital transformation companies.
• Experience delivering business value through transformation projects with a significant technical component.
• At least 2 years of project management and leadership experience, including prioritizing multiple project demands.
• Strong client relationship management, analytical thinking, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of AI or software development.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with a commitment to inclusivity, mentoring, and continuous development.
