General Manager Associate

Location: Based in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain; hybrid role with remote work flexibility.

What you will do

• Support the General Manager for Spain on strategic business priorities, growth initiatives, and internal and external process development.
• Prepare board materials, conduct market research, organize key meetings, and coordinate Monthly Business Reviews.
• Contribute to strategic planning, competitive analysis, business modeling, and the exploration of product opportunities.
• Support marketing, partnerships, corporate branding, newsletters, social media, and major business events.
• Coordinate projects involving fundraising, M&A, tenders, sales, product, finance, and company integration.
• Support talent acquisition, internal communications, off-sites, and team-building events.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish is required.
• Strong analytical thinking, business judgment, execution, autonomy, rigor, and clear communication.
• Ability to switch between different topics, own projects end to end, identify problems early, and propose solutions.
• Growth mindset and willingness to seek and apply feedback.
• Based in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain.
